Wildeboer Dellelce LLP is a Toronto business law firm that traces back to February 1, 1993, when six friends, Rob Wildeboer, Eric Apps, Susan Thomson, Cliff Rand, Alfred Apps and Perry Dellelce, opened a firm called Wildeboer Apps. Their goal was simple: build a business law firm and have more fun practising law. The firm later took its current name after Perry Dellelce. It grew from six lawyers to more than 45 professionals by its 25th anniversary in 2018, and to more than 110 personnel by the time it marked 30 years in 2023.
The firm concentrates on corporate finance, securities, mergers and acquisitions, tax, banking, commercial real estate, investment funds and wills, estates and trusts, working across sectors that include cannabis, mining, life sciences, technology, automotive and sports and entertainment. It's recognized by Chambers Canada, The Globe and Mail, Canadian Lawyer Magazine, Lexpert and Best Lawyers Canada, and Canadian Lawyer named it one of Canada's Top 10 Corporate Boutique Law Firms. Wildeboer Dellelce owns and occupies its own building on Bay Street, Wildeboer Dellelce Place, where the office includes a gym and a pool table in the lobby. It's also part of the WD Group of Companies, which includes a corporate finance advisory firm, a corporate services company and a sports and talent management agency.

LGBTQ+ friendlyWildeboer Dellelce's office isn't just an address, it's a building the firm owns: Wildeboer Dellelce Place at 365 Bay Street, in the stretch of downtown Toronto known simply as Bay Street, Canada's financial and legal district. It's a fitting home for a firm built around corporate finance, securities and banking work, in the same corridor as the banks, brokerages and listed companies its lawyers deal with every day. Inside, the building has its own gym and a pool table in the lobby, a detail the firm points to when it describes its workplace to prospective students and lawyers.
