About Niall

Niall is a corporate and securities lawyer focused on capital markets transactions and securities regulatory matters, working with both issuers and investment banks. His practice covers go-public transactions, mergers and acquisitions, public and private financings, and other business transactions, along with advising public issuers on corporate governance and continuous disclosure requirements. He is an adjunct professor at Osgoode Hall Law School and a member of the Alliott Global Alliance, and he previously served as a supervising lawyer with the Osgoode Venture Capital Clinic. Outside of law, Niall has served on boards and committees for several not-for-profit organizations in Toronto and was awarded the Toronto Fire Services Certificate of Merit. He enjoys playing golf and hockey and following Toronto's professional sports teams.
