About Troy
Troy is a partner whose practice centers on corporate and securities law, with particular attention to corporate finance, corporate governance, private equity, venture capital, and mergers and acquisitions. He advises public and private companies across sectors such as automotive, manufacturing, technology, natural resources, and food and consumer goods, aiming to give practical guidance once he understands each client's business and goals. Away from his desk, Troy stays active through golf, skiing, mountain biking, hockey and curling, and has run marathons, and he enjoys traveling with his wife Tracey, including trips to see their daughter in British Columbia and their son in Norway.
