About Lovejot
Lovejot Bhullar is a lawyer in the firm's Real Estate practice group, which he joined in October 2025. Before that, he practiced at firms in Toronto and Mississauga, advising on mid-market commercial real estate and corporate transactions such as acquisitions, financings, leasing and corporate structuring. He belongs to the Urban Land Institute, the Commercial Real Estate Development Association and the International Council of Shopping Centers, along with the Ontario and Canadian Bar Associations. Lovejot earned his JD from the University of Windsor in 2021 and a BS (Hons.) in Human Kinetics from the University of Guelph in 2017, where in law school he served as President of the Technology and Intellectual Property Law Club and contributed to the Windsor Intellectual Property and Information Technology journal. In 2023 he took part in the Ontario Bar Association's Career Accelerator Program, completing skills training in AI, ESG and fintech. He was called to the Ontario Bar in 2022.
