About Rob
Rob is a partner whose practice centers on corporate and securities law, with particular focus on corporate finance and mergers and acquisitions. He has extensive experience with public equity and debt offerings, private placements, and M&A transactions, and regularly advises issuers, investment dealers, and institutional and private investors on financing deals ranging from start-up and venture capital investments to large public offerings, including cross-border deals in sectors such as technology, cannabis, life sciences, automotive, and consumer goods. He also counsels corporations on stock exchange listings, securities commission matters, and corporate governance. Rob previously served on the Registration Advisory Committee and the Securities Advisory Committee to the Ontario Securities Commission. He is the past chair of the board of Variety Village and serves on several boards in the life sciences industry.
