About Michael
Michael is a partner and a member of the firm's Management Committee, practising primarily in securities, corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate and commercial law. He acts for both private and public clients across a range of industries, advising on financings, go-public transactions, mergers and acquisitions, securities law compliance, corporate governance, and commercial arrangements, both domestic and cross-border. He is recognized in The Canadian Legal Lexpert Directory for Corporate Finance & Securities. Michael is also active in philanthropic work, serving as a Campaign Cabinet member for Sunnybrook Foundation's $1 billion 'You're The Reason' campaign and as Co-Chair of the Legal Industry Challenge for Sunnybrook's RBC Race for the Kids, which supports youth mental health through the Family Navigation Project. He is also a past co-chair of the BBBST Young Leaders Committee, a fundraising arm of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Toronto.
