Wills, Estates & TrustsJesse Brodlieb practises in Wildeboer Dellelce's Tax group, where his work covers income tax planning and structuring for high-net-worth families, owner-managers and entrepreneurs, including business structuring, private company tax planning, trusts, wills and estates, and wealth preservation strategies. He also leads the firm's Wills, Estates & Trusts practice and advises the M&A, Corporate Finance and Corporate & Commercial groups on tax issues arising throughout commercial transactions, from early-stage entity formation to financing and buy- or sell-side deals. Before joining Wildeboer Dellelce, Jesse ran his own firm, Brodlieb Legal, starting in 2018, and had previously been a partner in Dentons Canada LLP's Tax group; he began his legal career as a first-year summer student in Blakes' Tax department in 2005. He has presented at the Canadian Fintech Summit on tax issues facing start-ups and their investors, and belongs to Alliott Global Alliance, an international network of independent professional services firms. Jesse earned his LL.B. from Osgoode Hall Law School and an MBA from the Schulich School of Business, both in 2007, and a B.A. (Hons) in Political Science from Huron University in 2003.
