About Anthony

Anthony has more than three decades of global experience in the financial services industry, advising established and emerging growth companies at every stage of their business life cycle. Before joining the firm, he was Royal Bank of Canada's Chief Counsel for M&A, leading legal and regulatory work on complex transactions across multiple countries. He also previously served as General Counsel at Finaptic Technologies Inc., a banking-as-a-service startup. Anthony has been recognized on The Legal 500's GC Powerlist of influential legal counsel in Canada. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce from McGill University and a law degree from Osgoode Hall Law School, and he volunteers on the board of St. George's Golf Club, having previously served on the boards of Wellspring and the Canadian Executive Service Organization.
