About Nick
Nick Gray is a partner focused on corporate finance, securities, asset management, corporate and commercial matters, and mergers and acquisitions. He has advised clients on public and private company financings, transactions between public and private issuers, and the establishment of investment funds, work for which he has been recognized in the Canadian Legal Lexpert Directory in both mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance and securities. Nick joined the firm as a summer student in 2009, completed his articles in 2011, and holds both an LL.B. and a B.Comm. in finance from the University of Ottawa, where he won prizes for his standing in international and advanced taxation. He later added the Canadian Investment Manager designation from the Canadian Securities Institute. Outside his practice, Nick sits on Sunnybrook Foundation's campaign cabinet supporting its billion-dollar fundraising campaign and co-chairs the Legal Industry Challenge for Sunnybrook's RBC Race for the Kids, as well as serving on several of the firm's internal committees.
