About Nathan
Nathan Holloway focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance and securities, and general corporate and commercial matters. His deal experience includes acting for clients such as 3iQ Digital Holdings, Comwave Networks, Gin-Cor Industries, and the NEO Exchange in various acquisitions. He holds a Juris Doctor from Osgoode Hall Law School and an Honours Bachelor of Arts in criminal justice and public policy from the University of Guelph. He graduated near the top of his class at Osgoode and received several awards recognizing his work in business law and securities regulation. Nathan was called to the Ontario bar in 2019. Outside the office, he golfs, plays hockey, and belongs to the Rotary Club of Barrie.
