About Natalie
Natalie practises primarily in corporate finance and securities, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate and commercial law. She joined the firm as a summer student in 2018 and articled there in 2019 and 2020. She recently contributed a chapter on corporate governance mechanisms in emerging markets to a new edition of The Handbook of Corporate Governance. Natalie is active in her community, sitting on the board of the Ukrainian Canadian Art Foundation and the Scholarship Committee of Buduchnist Credit Union; in March 2022 the Globe and Mail featured her artwork, which raised over $18,000 for the Canada Ukraine Foundation. She earned her Juris Doctor cum laude from the University of Ottawa's Faculty of Law and holds a Bachelor of Commerce with First Class Honours from Queen's University.
