About Chris

Chris Partridge is a partner whose practice centers on banking and financial services, corporate and commercial matters, restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, and commercial real estate. He advises both lenders and borrowers on syndicated and non-syndicated credit facilities, domestic and cross-border financings, and asset-based lending arrangements, along with subordinate debt and private credit transactions. Chris also counsels clients on shareholder agreements and acts for vendors and purchasers in mergers and acquisitions and other business transactions. He earned his LLB from the University of Windsor in 1999 and a BA (Honours) from Western University's Huron College in 1995, and he was called to the Ontario bar in 2001. He is a member of the Law Society of Ontario.
