About Rory

Rory Cattanach is a partner at Wildeboer Dellelce LLP practicing primarily in securities, corporate finance, corporate governance, commercial transactions, mergers and acquisitions, banking, and commercial real estate law. He acts for early-stage and mature technology, biotechnology, healthcare, and telecommunications companies, and has extensive experience with public and private financings, secured lending, and cross-border M&A deals. Rory has served as a director of several private, public, and not-for-profit companies and spent a decade as an adjunct professor at Osgoode Hall Law School teaching commercial law, securities law, and corporate finance. Before joining the firm in 1996, he practiced at Stikeman Elliott LLP and earlier worked as an economist at Dome Petroleum. He earned an LL.B. from Osgoode Hall Law School in 1989 and a B.Econ. from Queen's University in 1979, and was called to the Ontario Bar in 1991.
