About Marija

Marija is a partner in the firm's tax group, practising in all areas of income tax law with an emphasis on domestic and cross-border corporate planning, public and private mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations, partnerships, private equity investments, and investment funds. She enjoys learning about the details of a client's business and finding creative solutions to meet their goals. Marija graduated from the University of Windsor in the top 2% of her class and received the Blake Cassels & Graydon LLP Prize for the highest standing in corporate and commercial subjects. She also completed the Chartered Professional Accountants of Canada's In-Depth Tax Program. Outside of work, she enjoys travelling, exploring local food scenes, playing board games, and watching reality shows on Netflix.
