About Leanne
Leanne practises primarily in tax, corporate finance and securities, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate and commercial law. She completed her articles with the firm in 2023 and 2024. She has also served as a supervising lawyer with the Osgoode Venture Capital Clinic. Leanne earned her Juris Doctor from Osgoode Hall Law School in 2023. Before attending law school, she obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Arts and Contemporary Studies from Toronto Metropolitan University, formerly known as Ryerson University, and a Master of Education in Higher Education from the Ontario Institute for Studies in Education at the University of Toronto. In her spare time she enjoys knitting, reading non-fiction, and spending time with her niece and nephews.
