About Connor
Connor Carroll practices primarily in corporate finance and securities, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate and commercial law. Before joining the firm, he served as Senior Manager, Legal Affairs at Envest Corp., an independent energy producer focused on clean energy infrastructure and decarbonization, where he managed a broad legal portfolio and worked closely with executive leadership on corporate and project strategy. His experience there included supporting major refinancing deals, leading corporate restructurings to enable partnerships with Ontario First Nations, advising on acquisitions, negotiating project financing, and handling government funding initiatives. Earlier in his career at Envest he also worked on municipal procurement in the bioenergy sector and supported project financing and equity raises for renewable energy development. Connor was called to the Ontario bar in June 2024. He holds a J.D. from the University of Southampton and a B.A. (Honours) in Justice, Political Philosophy and Law from McMaster University.
