About Sarah
Sarah practises primarily in corporate finance and securities, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate and commercial law. She joined the firm as a summer student in 2018 and articled there in 2019 and 2020. She is a member of the Alliott Global Alliance, an international network of independent professional services firms, and previously worked as a supervising lawyer with the Osgoode Venture Capital Clinic, which serves early-stage entrepreneurial ventures on financing and equity matters. Sarah earned her Juris Doctor with distinction from Western University's Faculty of Law, where she received the Law Society of Upper Canada Prize. Before law school she studied psychology at Wilfrid Laurier University, earning a Bachelor of Arts with high distinction and the Alumni Bronze Medal, and worked as a research assistant on cognitive neuroscience experiments in the Faculty of Science. Outside of work she enjoys visual arts, soccer, and travelling.
