About Jason
Jason practices in corporate finance and securities, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate and commercial law. He first joined the firm as a summer student in 2023 and articled there in 2024 and 2025. Jason completed the combined JD and HBA program at the University of Western Ontario's Faculty of Law and Ivey Business School, and spent an exchange term at Universite Jean Moulin Lyon 3 in France. During law school, he co-chaired the East Asian Law Students Association and served as vice president of the Western International Law Association. He was called to the Ontario bar in 2025.
