About Mila
Mila practises in the area of real estate, focusing on commercial real estate transactions including acquisitions and dispositions, financings, commercial leasing, and related corporate transactional matters. She supports clients through every stage of a transaction, from due diligence through drafting and negotiating agreements to closing. She earned her Juris Doctor with distinction from the Lincoln Alexander School of Law at Toronto Metropolitan University and holds a Bachelor of Commerce with distinction from the same school, majoring in Law with a minor in Human Resources. Mila also received an Academic Award of Excellence for her post-graduate diploma in Alternative Dispute Resolution from Humber College, and during her studies she supported startups and emerging businesses through the Business Law Clinic and the Entrepreneurs Club. Outside of her practice, she enjoys fishing, canoeing, hiking, and travelling.
