About Daniel

Daniel Lupinacci practises banking, corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, and general corporate and commercial law. He acts as counsel to both borrowers and lenders on domestic and cross-border financing transactions, including asset-based loans, private acquisition financings, debt and structured financings, and leveraged buyouts. Before joining his current firm, he worked as an associate at a large national firm's Toronto office. Earlier still, he served as Counsel and Assistant Corporate Secretary at the Royal Bank of Canada, where he supported board of directors and audit committee oversight. Daniel earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Ottawa and was called to the Ontario Bar in 2020. He holds an Honours Bachelor of Commerce with a minor in Economics from McMaster University.
