About Kyra
Kyra practices corporate finance and securities, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate and commercial law. She first joined the firm as a summer student in 2022 and articled there in 2023-2024, and previously served as a supervising lawyer at the Osgoode Venture Capital Clinic, advising early-stage ventures on financing and equity matters. She earned her J.D. from Osgoode Hall Law School in 2023, winning the Caleb J. Hayhoe award for top standing in International Business Transactions, and holds a B.A. in Political Science from the University of British Columbia. During law school she served as Vice-President of the Jewish Law Students Association and the Osgoode Business Law Society, mentoring students through recruitment. She was called to the Ontario bar in 2024.
