About Ragu

Ragu Anantharajah is a partner at Wildeboer Dellelce practising corporate, commercial, and securities law, with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance. He has acted for both issuers and underwriters on public offerings, private placements, and M&A transactions involving public and private companies. Ragu joined the firm as a summer student in 2014 and completed his articles in 2015-16, including a secondment at the Ontario Securities Commission's Corporate Finance Branch. Before law school, he earned an MBA with a finance specialization at McMaster University and completed co-op placements with a technology company, a pharmaceutical company, and the RCMP's capital markets fraud unit. At Osgoode Hall Law School, he received two prizes for the highest standing in business and tax law courses. Ragu was called to the Ontario bar in 2016 and is a member of the Canadian Venture Capital & Private Equity Association and an instructor with the Board Diversity Network.
