About Charlie
Charlie Malone is a partner in Wildeboer Dellelce's corporate, commercial and securities groups, with a particular emphasis on public and private mergers, acquisitions and corporate finance across a range of industries. He counsels issuers and underwriters on cross-border acquisitions, public offerings and private placements, and advises boards and special committees on deal structuring and governance. His mandates have included Waterloo Brewing's acquisition by Carlsberg, Sangoma Technologies' roughly $587 million purchase of Star2Star, and acting for the underwriters on Canopy Growth financings. He served on the Ontario Securities Commission's Small and Medium Enterprises Committee and was called to the Ontario bar in 1998 after earning his LL.B. from Queen's University.
