About Sepehr
Sepehr practices in mergers and acquisitions, securities and corporate finance, and corporate and commercial law. He first came on board with the firm as a 2023 summer student before articling there for the 2024-2025 term. He holds a dual Canadian and American law degree from the University of Windsor Faculty of Law together with Detroit Mercy School of Law, and earlier completed a finance-focused business degree at the Lazaridis School of Business and Economics. In law school he served as class vice president within the Student Bar Association and worked as a student attorney with the school's International Intellectual Property Law Clinic. He speaks English, Persian and Arabic, and outside work enjoys traveling, playing guitar and playing fetch with his German Shepherd, Rex.
