Goldblatt Partners LLP is a Toronto and Ottawa law firm that has represented trade unions, employees and public interest clients since it started as a four lawyer office in the mid 1970s. For decades it operated as Sack Goldblatt Mitchell LLP before taking its current name. Union side labour and employment work remains the firm's core practice: certifications, unfair labour practice applications, grievance and interest arbitration, collective bargaining, and related proceedings before labour boards in both the provincial and federal systems.

Alongside labour law, the firm's lawyers handle civil litigation, class actions, constitutional and Charter litigation, Aboriginal and Indigenous rights, human rights, pension and benefits disputes, and professional regulation matters. It has been active in Charter litigation since the Charter's earliest days and took part in Andrews v. Law Society of British Columbia, the first Supreme Court of Canada decision to interpret the Charter's equality rights guarantee. Its class action team acted for the plaintiffs in Fresco v. CIBC, an unpaid overtime case against CIBC that settled for $153 million, approved by the court in March 2023. Goldblatt Partners also maintains an in house legal research group that supports its litigators, and its lawyers appear before tribunals and courts at every level, up to and including the Supreme Court of Canada.
