Christine Davies is a partner and labour lawyer/civil litigator at Goldblatt Partners LLP in Toronto. She began her career as a research lawyer and now maintains a broad practice, appearing before labour arbitrators, administrative tribunals, and the civil courts. Her labour work includes representing unions and their members in grievance arbitration and before the Ontario Labour Relations Board, along with human rights and Workplace Safety and Insurance Board matters. As a civil litigator, she focuses on wrongful and constructive dismissal actions, human rights applications, and long-term disability claims, and she also defends lawyers in solicitor's negligence claims as LawPRO preferred counsel. Christine has acted in several Charter cases addressing voting rights, equality rights, freedom of association, and freedom of expression, and she received the Ontario Bar Association's 2026 Award for Excellence in the Promotion of Women's Equality.
