About Fiona

Fiona Campbell is a partner at Goldblatt Partners who represents trade unions and employees in labour, employment, pension, and human rights matters. Her work ranges from negotiating employment contracts and termination packages to appearing before labour and human rights tribunals and arguing judicial review applications and constitutional cases in court. She has particular expertise in the federal public service sector, including issues facing executives and other non-union employees, and also represents individuals unfairly denied long-term disability benefits. In her pension practice she advises unions, employees, and plan trustees, and earlier in her career she advocated for equal pension benefits for same-sex couples while also handling large multi-million dollar pension litigation. Fiona speaks at legal conferences and trains clients on current issues, and belongs to the Canadian Association of Labour Lawyers.
