About Emma

Emma Pritchard represents unions in both the public and private sectors and practises in English and French. A background in theatre before law school has shaped her work as an oral advocate. She obtained her BCL/JD from McGill Law School, where her work at the Legal Information Clinic exposed her to the barriers many people face in accessing justice. Her interest in labour law grew out of her own experience serving as a union steward in her workplace.
