About Erica
Erica Cartwright works with workers and trade unions at Goldblatt Partners LLP, helping them organize, negotiate, and protect their rights through grievances and collective bargaining. Her practice spans labour law and human rights matters for organizations and individuals across sectors. Before her call to the bar in 2021 she articled at Goldblatt Partners and worked in the advocacy department of a large union as well as in British Columbia's Ministry of the Attorney General Litigation Group. During law school at the University of Victoria she co-founded the Labour Law Club and reported on social justice issues for the Canadian Civil Liberties Association. She is a member of the Law Union of Ontario and the Canadian Association of Labour Lawyers.
