About Aidan

Aidan supports construction trade unions as an associate in the firm's construction labour relations group, working on certification proceedings before the Ontario Labour Relations Board and in private arbitration, including protecting and enforcing bargaining rights. He grew up around teachers, tradespeople, and labour activists, which drew him from a science background into law to serve unions fighting for workplace justice. He earned his J.D. from Osgoode Hall Law School, where he assisted the Centre for Equality Rights in Accommodation through ProBono Students Canada and completed a placement with Parkdale Community Legal Services' Workers' Rights Division, helping with wage theft, wrongful dismissal, and discrimination claims. He also holds a Bachelor of Science from McMaster University and joined the firm after articling there.
