Amy Chen practises at Goldblatt Partners LLP, combining public sector labour law with civil litigation, constitutional law and class actions. She represents workers on issues including termination, discrimination, harassment and accommodation, and has litigated before forums ranging from the Ontario Labour Relations Board to the Supreme Court of Canada. She draws on earlier experience in immigration law when working on civil litigation and class action files involving asylum seekers. Amy articled at the firm before joining as a lawyer, and earned her J.D. from the University of Toronto Faculty of Law, where she worked with Downtown Legal Services' Immigration and Refugee division and the David Asper Centre for Constitutional Rights. She also holds a Bachelor of Arts and Science from McMaster University.
