About Keerthana

Keerthana Sivapatham helps workers organize and enforce their rights on the job. Her practice focuses mainly on representing construction industry trade unions in proceedings before the Ontario Labour Relations Board, ranging from certification applications and unfair labour practice complaints to enforcement of collective agreements. Before joining the firm, she worked as in-house counsel for a large health care union, representing members in grievances and complaints against employers, including cases involving unjust dismissal and human rights violations. She continues similar work at the firm, representing construction trade unions along with college faculty and other organized employees in various workplace disputes. A graduate of Osgoode Hall Law School, Keerthana worked at student-run and community legal clinics while in school, helping vulnerable community members understand the law and navigate disputes with landlords and employers.
