Green and Spiegel is a Toronto based law firm that practices exclusively in immigration law. Mendel Green founded the firm in 1962, when Toronto had only two lawyers practicing immigration law full time. More than six decades later, the firm has grown to more than 230 people, including more than 50 immigration lawyers, working from a Canadian head office in Toronto's financial core and a network of offices across the United States.
The firm expanded into the United States in the early 1990s and opened its first American offices in Philadelphia and Providence in 2012. It later added offices in Vail, Cleveland, Orlando and Boston, along with its first European office in Amsterdam. Green and Spiegel handles both corporate immigration work, such as transferring foreign employees and managing compliance for multinational employers, and individual matters like family sponsorship, Express Entry and citizenship applications.
Stephen W. Green holds the Law Society of Ontario's Certified Specialist designation in citizenship and immigration law, and Chambers Canada has ranked the firm Band 1 for immigration.

Green and Spiegel's Toronto office is located at 150 York Street, part of the Adelaide Place office complex in the heart of the city's financial core. The tower connects directly into Toronto's underground PATH network, linking it to the neighbouring Hilton hotel and St. Andrew subway station without stepping outside. It's a fitting address for a firm whose Canadian practice leans heavily on corporate immigration work: the same blocks of office towers house many of the multinational employers whose foreign staff the firm helps relocate to Canada and keep compliant with federal work permit rules.
