Alannah Glintz is a Senior Associate at Green and Spiegel LLP in Toronto, focusing on Canadian immigration law for corporate and individual clients. She helps businesses obtain permits for intra-company transfers, trade agreements, and Labour Market Impact Assessments, and guides clients moving from temporary to permanent status. Her practice also covers study and visitor permits, inadmissibility matters like temporary resident permits and criminal rehabilitation, and permanent residence and citizenship applications. She has represented clients in CBSA seizure appeals and compliance reviews by Service Canada and IRCC. Before joining the firm she worked in CBSA's trusted traveler and passenger operations branches. Alannah holds a joint law degree from the University of Windsor and University of Detroit Mercy and a B.A. from Brock University, and was called to the Ontario bar in 2017.
