About Benjamin
Benjamin Green is a Senior Associate at Green and Spiegel, splitting his time between the firm's Toronto and Philadelphia offices. His practice covers immigration law on both sides of the border, and he helps businesses plan long-term workforce strategies, including corporate transfers and navigating the connected Canadian and American labour markets. Before rejoining the firm, he spent several years managing the global immigration program for a major entertainment company. Benjamin is called to the bar in Ontario and admitted in New York, and has practiced in both countries. He earned his JD from Osgoode Hall Law School and a Bachelor of Arts from Western University.
