About Madison
Madison Gateman is an associate at Green and Spiegel LLP in Toronto, where her practice centers on helping corporations and organizations bring personnel into Canada, including work authorization matters. She also assists corporate and individual clients with business visitor applications, work permits and exemptions, electronic travel authorizations, visitor visas, citizenship, and permanent residence applications, including sponsorship and humanitarian and compassionate cases. Madison has particular experience with complicated admissibility and enforcement issues, such as legal opinion letters and procedural fairness responses, plus work on criminal rehabilitation applications, temporary resident permits, and ministerial relief requests.
