About Elizabeth

Elizabeth Myers handles immigrant and nonimmigrant visa petitions, J-1 scholarly exchange matters, and applications for permanent residency and citizenship out of Green and Spiegel's Cleveland office. Much of her practice involves employment-based immigration for clients including businesses, hospitals, universities, and nonprofits. Before moving into immigration law, she worked for the Virginia Office of the Attorney General as in-house counsel on real estate and land use matters for state agencies. She earned her J.D. from the University of Richmond School of Law in 2011 and a B.S. in business administration from Creighton University in 2005, and is admitted to the Ohio and Virginia bars.
