Nanda & Associate Lawyers is a full-service firm founded in 2003 and headquartered in Mississauga, with additional offices in Toronto and Windsor. It covers real estate, business and corporate law, immigration, family law, personal injury, criminal defence, civil litigation, and wills, estates and trusts, with clients across Ontario. Founder Jagmohan Singh Nanda was called to the Ontario Bar in 2003 and built the practice from that first Mississauga office, and the firm's lawyers together speak a long list of languages beyond English, among them Punjabi, Hindi, Urdu, French, Spanish, and Portuguese.

The real estate team offers a fixed closing cost quote and a free status certificate review, along with remote signing for clients who can't get to an office in person. The immigration group works on permanent residency, LMIA applications, sponsorship, and appeals for clients in Canada and abroad. Outside of case work, the firm runs Nanda Cares, a community program through which its lawyers, clerks, and administrative staff take part in local charitable and volunteer initiatives, including a contribution to a hospital foundation gala that raised more than a million dollars for hospital care in the Peel region.
