About Claire
Claire MacLean is a senior associate lawyer at Green and Spiegel LLP in Toronto, handling citizenship and immigration matters ranging from work and study permits to permanent residence, citizenship applications, and complex inadmissibility issues. She focuses in particular on Canada's permanent residency programs, helping businesses plan their long-term workforce needs and guiding individuals toward permanent resident status. She earned her JD from Osgoode Hall Law School in 2016, taking part in its Immigration and Refugee Intensive Program, and has done pro bono work in refugee law with a local resettlement organization.
