About Dana
Dana Imperia is a Partner in Green and Spiegel U.S.'s Philadelphia office. She has practiced exclusively in immigration law since 2005, focusing on corporate immigration for large multinational and domestic companies. She helps Fortune 500 clients, global employers, and institutional clients navigate immigrant and nonimmigrant visa categories, manage workforce compliance needs, and plan for long-range immigration strategy, handling matters such as executive transfers, PERM-based green cards, L-1 and H-1B visas, and alternatives like EB-1 and NIW. Dana also designs immigration compliance programs and corporate training for clients managing global mobility. She is recognized for her sports immigration work, currently providing end-to-end immigration support to major league sports organizations and eSports leagues, and she leads the firm's outbound and global immigration practice. She holds a J.D. from Temple University's Beasley School of Law, graduated cum laude from Villanova University in 2005, and was admitted to the Pennsylvania Bar in 2011.
