About Tyler
Tyler Green is an associate at Green and Spiegel LLP in Toronto, where his work centers on Labour Market Impact Assessment applications and broader Canadian immigration matters for individuals and businesses. He helps clients with visitor and work permit applications and advises on overcoming inadmissibility, including criminal rehabilitation and temporary resident permits. He has a particular interest in litigation and regularly brings mandamus applications to address unreasonable delays in immigration files. Tyler completed the Dual JD Program at the University of Windsor and University of Detroit Mercy in 2023, earning both Canadian and American law degrees, and holds an Honours Business Administration degree from the Richard Ivey School of Business at Western University. He summered and articled at Green and Spiegel before being called to the Ontario bar in 2024.
