About Jonathan

Jonathan Grode holds the roles of U.S. Practice Director and Managing Partner for Green and Spiegel, working out of the firm's Philadelphia office. He has worked continuously in U.S. business immigration law since 1999, handling nonimmigrant and immigrant visa matters for start-up companies, professional workers, artists, entertainers, athletes, physicians, and researchers, along with Department of Labor and Homeland Security enforcement issues and the immigration side of mergers and acquisitions. Jonathan teaches Business Immigration Law, Advising Global Corporations, and Law Practice Management as Adjunct Faculty at Temple University's Beasley School of Law, and was named the school's Adjunct Faculty of the Year in 2020. He finished first in his class at Temple's Beasley School of Law in 2008 and earned his undergraduate degree, magna cum laude, from Case Western Reserve University in 1999.
