About Andrew

Andrew Rodgers is a partner and manages Green and Spiegel's New England practice out of Providence, Rhode Island. Since 2013 he has focused exclusively on immigration law, including Form I-9 and E-Verify compliance, representing entrepreneurs, investors, major league sports organizations, hospital networks, and prominent individuals in business, science, and entertainment. He has particular expertise in Canadian border immigration, handling L-1 intracompany transferee visas and E-1/E-2 treaty investor visas for clients navigating cross-border operations, and he regularly represents professional sports teams, eSports organizations, and athletes on immigration matters, including O-1 and EB-1/NIW visas for individuals of extraordinary ability. Andrew also advises on family-based immigration, such as marriage-based permanent residence petitions, naturalization, and hardship waivers. He is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association and earned his JD magna cum laude from Roger Williams University School of Law in 2014 after a Bachelor of Arts from Providence College.
