About Jonathan
Jonathan is an associate lawyer at Green and Spiegel LLP in Toronto, where his practice covers most aspects of Canadian immigration law. He is especially focused on helping businesses plan their workforce needs over the long term, from corporate employee transfers and federal skilled worker applications to investor applications and work permits. He also advises corporate clients on compliance with the International Mobility Program and the Temporary Foreign Worker Program. Jonathan completed a combined Juris Doctor and Honours Business Administration degree through the University of Western Ontario's law faculty and the Richard Ivey School of Business, and he served on the university's Board of Governors as a student. Before joining Green and Spiegel, he worked with several Canadian start-ups. He is a member of the Law Society of Ontario, having articled and been called to the bar at the firm.
