About Brian

Brian Halliday is a partner in Green and Spiegel U.S.'s Cleveland office, where he focuses on immigration and nationality law for major corporations, closely held businesses, and international executives, scientists, and entrepreneurs. He entered immigration law in 1994 as a paralegal, attended law school at night, and was admitted to the Ohio Bar in 2001. In 2009 he opened his own firm, which later merged in 2015 to become a Cleveland-based corporate immigration practice. His practice covers complex administrative, litigated, and appellate immigration matters, and he advises employers on Form I-9 compliance in both M&A and day-to-day contexts. Brian holds a B.S. in Communications from Ohio University and a J.D. from Cleveland State University's Cleveland-Marshall College of Law.
