Shoshana T. Green

About Shoshana

Shoshana is a partner at Green and Spiegel in Toronto who has practiced immigration law since 1996. She's certified by the Law Society of Ontario as a Specialist in Citizenship and Immigration Law and handles matters across the full range of Canadian immigration, from employer sponsorship of foreign workers to permanent residence, family sponsorships, and citizenship applications. Shoshana also assists families pursuing international adoption, surrogacy, and assisted reproductive technologies as part of their immigration journey. She has extensive litigation experience before the Immigration and Refugee Board and the Federal Court of Canada, handling sponsorship and removal appeals and judicial reviews. She holds an LL.B. from the University of Western Ontario and a BA from York University, and was called to the Ontario bar in 1996.
