About Amy

Amy Novak leads the Mountain West practice out of Green and Spiegel U.S.'s Vail, Colorado office. She founded the Novak Law Office in 2005, building a practice centered on employment and family immigration matters. Amy now oversees the firm's nationwide H-2B program and is recognized as a frequent speaker on temporary employment visa issues, with extensive experience guiding clients through Department of Labor wage and hour audits. She is active in immigrant rights advocacy, supporting domestic violence victims and DACA recipients, and works with local law enforcement on human rights concerns. Amy earned her JD from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in 1993 and a BA in political science from the University of Michigan in 1990. She is licensed in both Colorado and New York and belongs to AILA, the Colorado Bar Association, and the American Bar Association.
