About Joshua

Josh Rolf is a senior associate attorney in the firm's Philadelphia office, focusing on immigrant and nonimmigrant matters including investor-based petitions. He counsels start-ups and individuals on immigration strategy and represents clients before U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, having litigated cases before Immigration Court and the U.S. Court of Appeals. Josh is a fluent Spanish speaker who lived in Buenos Aires for a year and a half after college, teaching English at multinational companies. He earned his J.D. cum laude from Temple University's Beasley School of Law in 2013 and his B.A. magna cum laude from George Washington University in 2008, and previously co-chaired the Philadelphia chapter of the American Immigration Lawyers Association's Law Student Committee.
