About Ashley

Ashley Patricia Hogan is an Associate Attorney in Green and Spiegel's Philadelphia office, where she handles nonimmigrant and immigrant employment-based cases, marriage and family-based petitions, and naturalization applications. She has prepared responses to Requests for Evidence on H-1B, L, and I-140 filings involving specialty occupation and ability-to-pay issues. Before joining the firm, she spent three years as a Law Clerk helping multinational and domestic companies across industries including technology, academia, and healthcare with USCIS filings and consular processing abroad. Ashley holds a Juris Doctor and a Master of Arts in International Affairs, both from American University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Middle Eastern Studies from Rutgers University. She is admitted to the Pennsylvania bar and speaks Farsi in addition to English.
