Preszler Injury Lawyers is a plaintiff-only personal injury and long-term disability firm founded in Toronto in 1959. Its founder, Robert P. Preszler, was born in Tilsonburg, Ontario, grew up on a tobacco farm, studied at the University of Western Ontario, and graduated from Osgoode Hall Law School the same year the firm opened. The founder chose to represent injured people rather than insurance companies and spent more than 55 years at the practice before retiring.
The firm still takes cases only for plaintiffs, never for insurers, on a contingency fee basis with free initial consultations.
